- Is this a subscription?
No. The pack is a one-time purchase. You pay once, complete the intake, and receive your documents. There is nothing to cancel.
- Which pack do I need?
If you need the plan, the numbers, and the filing steps to get open, the Launch Pack covers it. If you also want the pricing, sales, and marketing documents that fill the calendar once you are open, the Growth Pack has both halves for $150 more. Bought one at a time, those six documents run $354.
- Can I upgrade later?
You can upgrade from Launch to Growth any time before you submit your intake. After you submit, the pack is locked to the tier you bought, but every Growth document stays available one at a time from the catalog and lands in the same pack.
- Do I get legal documents?
No. CrewPlaybook writes business planning and operations documents, not legal documents, and it is not a law firm. Your launch checklist names the point where an attorney belongs, what to bring, and roughly what it costs. If you have co-owners, the founders worksheet gets your decisions settled before you walk in, which is what keeps that meeting short.
- Can't AI just do this for free?
It can write something that looks like this, and if you have a few evenings to check its licensing claims, verify its suppliers, fix its math, and format ten documents, that's a fair option. - What if something is wrong with my pack?
