What does the output actually look like?

Browse the example pack at /sample-pack. It is an example assembled for a fictional Phoenix HVAC founder, showing every document a Full Pack customer receives, rendered exactly as it arrives in the dashboard.

How long does it take?

Intake runs 15 to 25 minutes for most founders. 25 to 35 if you are a multi-member partnership doing the legal section. Document assembly runs in the background and most packs deliver within 30 minutes of submission.

Can I save and come back later?

Yes. Every answer autosaves. Sign back in to your dashboard and resume from any device.

Which tier do I need?

Solo or single-member LLC, get the Starter ($147). Multi-member, partnership, or anyone with a co-founder, get the Full Pack ($297) so the operating agreement and buy/sell are in the box. Upgrade any time before you submit your intake.

What states are covered?

All 50 states plus DC. Operating agreements and buy/sell agreements pull state-specific clauses. Launch checklists pull state-specific licensing and registration requirements.

Which trades are supported?

Roofing and exterior, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, remodeling, landscaping, residential and commercial cleaning, painting, flooring, concrete, handyman, and pest control. If your trade is not listed, pick "Other" and tell us; we will fit it to the closest template.

Is CrewPlaybook a law firm?

No. CrewPlaybook is a self-help document assembly service. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Documents are assembled from clauses you select during intake. Have your operating agreement and buy/sell reviewed by a licensed attorney in your state before signing.

Are the documents reviewed by an attorney?

No. CrewPlaybook does not review documents for legal sufficiency. We assemble them from clauses you selected. We strongly recommend having the operating agreement and buy/sell reviewed by a licensed attorney in your state before signing or relying on either one.

Is this legal advice?

No. The documents we assemble are not legal advice. They reflect the selections you made during intake. Communications with CrewPlaybook are not protected by attorney-client privilege. For legal questions about your specific situation, consult an attorney licensed in your state.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, before you submit your intake. The intake takes 15 to 25 minutes and the pack is not generated until you hit submit, so if you change your mind, you can back out and get a full refund. Once you submit, the pack is generated and the purchase is final.

What if there is a defect in my pack?

If something is broken (corrupted file, wrong state, an error on our end), we regenerate the affected documents at no charge. Email hello@crewplaybook.com.

Will my information be shared?

No. Your intake is private to you and used only to assemble your documents. See the privacy policy for the full data handling policy.

Can I update or regenerate documents later?

Yes. From your dashboard you can re-download anytime. If you spot an error in your intake, fix it and request regeneration. Edits to the legal docs are best done with an attorney.
